In Morning Mist, Bader distills nature into a fragile, almost spectral tableau, where memory and perception gently blur the boundary between what was seen and what is felt.
Shapes emerge between abstraction and recognition: forms that recall foliage, ground, horizon, yet remain elusive. This visual indeterminacy embodies Bader’s idea that an image originates not from immediate reality, but from a reality that forms within over time. The palette is subtle: pastel blues, pale grays, muted greens, with whispers of warmth beneath cooler tones. The fine graying of edges and soft modulations of tone reflect a world in motion, alive with latent tension and longing.
