This painting of a fruit basket continues kim's theme of everyday objects and scenarios together with the cat as the storyteller, or participant, in this case as the participant. The cat camouflaged among the different colourful fruits, adding to the textures and breaking the colour palette of the fruit in the silver-reflecting bowl. The scene forces the viewer to observe a calm scene that still has an element of uncertainty and stress, as if the cat were just about to jump on you.
